After a year of false promises, lack of transparency, and always feeling like things were being delayed so the law firm could increases their fee. the law firm could never seem to have answers or change the reasons they had for various things. i would rate the first law firm a -1. then when the statute of limitations was almost up. Labrum handled my case with beautiful care. My health and healing was always top priority.
